Bainbridge, Mims, Rogers & Smith is a Birmingham, Alabama based business and litigation firm originally founded in 1942 by Frank Bainbridge (1895-1980) and Walter L. Mims (1910-1993). The Firm represents both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts throughout Alabama.
